No doubt about it, life is busy! But just like taking your your car in for an oil change to keep things running smoothly, our bodies need check-ups too. Without an established plan of self-care, your body may start showing signs of neglect through aches/pains, tense muscles, or even things like not sleeping well.
According to a 2024 Gallup survey, 63% of US women say it's difficult to prioritize their own health. The survey found that the main barriers to prioritizing health are feeling overwhelmed, mental or emotional health, caring for others before themselves, and work.
Being of service is my greatest calling. It is my honor and privilege to hold healing space for my clients through bodywork, meditation, mentorship, readings, and beyond as they uncover and step into their own healing journey.
