Reiki I:

Reiki I, or First Degree Reiki, is a training course that teaches participants how to perform self-healing and hands-on healing for others. It's the first step in the Reiki practice, and is open to anyone, regardless of experience. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself & others.  

The Level I class attunement gives you the ability to channel this powerful healing energy to yourself, others, animals, plants, and goals.  We will discuss how Reiki energy heals, and why people get sick in the first place.  As a result of the Reiki I attunement, participants will learn to scan the energy field and body, locate areas in the energetic body that need healing, and how to give a complete hands-on treatment to yourself and others. No experience needed for Level I.

Once you leave Reiki I training, you will immediately be able to provide yourself with Reiki, as well as, share it with others.

Reiki II:

Level II class includes attunement to & training on using the 3 Level II Reiki symbols. These symbols offer healing frequencies for protection; grounding; healing physical issues & pain; for mental, emotional, addiction, personal relationship healing, and manifesting of goals. Participants will learn how to send Reiki with eyes and breath; how to do distance healing, and how to manifest goals. Manual & certificate of completion included.

Reiki II training objectives:

Deepen your understanding of channeling Reiki energy;

Develop an awareness of the Chakra system and how to work with it using Reiki

Learn how Reiki can support emotional well-being

Use Reiki to release old thoughts and emotions are held your body

Learn to trust and enhance your intuition

Discover how you can use reiki to bring healing to other areas of your life (i.e. your home, pets, food, etc)

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

Investment (2-day workshop) – $300 with a $100.00 non-refundable deposit
